There are two scenerios playing out within our population, in which one scenario suggests that the U.S. economy will go back to the way it was before the housing market collapsed, and the other suggests that the U.S. is headed toward a socialist type government.
What if I told you that neither one of these scenarios will be able to take place?
Okay, now that I have your attention, I can begin with an answer to your next question, "What will happen if it won't be either one of those scenarios?" Well, it goes something like this ... The rich become poorer and the poor will remain poorer.
The truth is, we have been living in a false economy for the past decade. To many people making money out of thin air by doing practically nothing, or worse yet, not doing anything at all.
My question is, "How long do you think those kind of things could have went on without some kind of dire consequences?"
We are now witnessing the collapse of the banking system. Yes, they say that it probably could have been prevented by not deregulating the financial institutions in the first place, but since the Bush administration allowed it to happen, we now need to deal with tax payer bail outs, and the fact that the Obama Administration may need to nationalize them. And that is where the thoughts about socialization come into the picture.
As far as the belief that the economy will go back to the way that it was before the collapse, there is no probability of that ever happening again. As long as the U.S. does not start producing products, which other countries would want to buy, then the U.S. won't have any new growth.
So, in order for the new administration to appear as if it is making some kind of difference within the economy, they are forced to raise taxes on the rich and the big corporations, which forces them to do business over seas, which then causes huge job losses in the U.S.
I know that we are on our way to a new age economy. We can't be afraid to try something new, but if things keep getting out of hand, especially when it comes to credit, then I am thinking that the people will finally get up out of their seats and demand their bail outs!
Stick together people ... safety comes in numbers.
The video I have chosen is about what should be done, instead of sending our jobs overseas.
