*UPDATE* WHO ups pandemic alert level to 6

They say that they aren't planning on closing the borders yet, but with it being flu season in other countries, WHO knows that the H1N1 flu virus, will keep spreading rapidly, but they also say that even if they don't let people fly to other countries, it will keep spreading regardless, because it wasn't contained, when it first broke out in mexico.

I hope that the government doesn't go over board, like the news guy in the video, included with this blog, suggests. Sometimes it starts to seem like, the pieces of the puzzle are starting to fit together, when it comes to some of the conspiracy topics that I have come across on the internet, but even with that said, I am still holding out some hope, that none of it is true, and that we will all be okay, living our lives, in our own little happy world (we shall see).
Homeland Security Admit Preparing For Pandemic

This is what can happen now, in the U.S. with the level 6 pandemic alert being activated.

• Money will be released. Some may be allocated to flu medicines or vaccine production, and some to aiding less fortunate countries.
• Government pandemic preparedness plans will be put into action – what happens in your community will depend on what the plan is...
• If there is a shortage of hospital beds, medicines and vaccines, the government can decide who gets medical care. First come, first served will not be in effect during a pandemic with health care shortages. In the US, first in line are: government (essential) personnel, military, health care workers.
• The government can require that you be examined for illness – to prevent spread of the disease.
• The government can quarantine you. In the US, the Miami International Airport is being considered as a quarantine area for the airlines.
• The government can cancel public events and gatherings, including church.
• The government can quarantine you to your home. In fact, it can quarantine a whole town to prevent spread of the disease.
• The government can enact curfews – and enforce them.
• You can be required to get treatment – or mandatory vaccinations.
• The military may enforce any of the above, including the initiation of martial law, if your government leaders deem it necessary.
