Imagine a world where everyone took time out for everyday meditation, or at least meditate two or three times a week. There would suddenly be an instant peace within ourselves, as well as within all of the people who are meditating all around us.
With all of the negative energy that is happening on this earth at this time, if you have never tried to meditate, now is the time to try it.
You will begin to feel the relaxation affect of meditation and you would also feel the stress slowly leaving your mind.
Stress ages people more than you know. Who wants to look older than they really are? Not me.
