The number one reason why Soy should not be consumed by humans is because there are many people out there who are allergic to Soy.
Another reason would be that even though you may not be allergic to Soy, you may still experience side effects from it, if you consume to much of it.
There is a long list of side effects and allergic reactions to Soy, which I will include with a link at the end of this article.
The problem with eating foods with Soy lecithin in them is that you really have no clue as to how much you are actually consuming.
When someone consumes to much of this ingredient they will begin to experience symptoms, which they may not realize is being caused by Soy lecithin.
The important thing is to always remember to consume foods in moderation and to also read the label, before purchasing a processed food item, so that you can avoid having a possible unpleasant reaction to this ingredient.
The first video that I chose for you to view is a real eye opener to people who think that Soy is healthy for their consumption.
We need to ask ourselves, "What can we do to get the FDA to ban the consumption of Soy, because it isn't healthy for us to consume?"
