When a person considers all of the negative elements that attack our bodies on a daily basis, we begin to understand why the health care system is a profit making system.
How can they make more money? Well, they can make more money by coaxing more people into buying their health insurance, and once they get it and start paying their monthly premiums, they will be more inclined to use it.
I am proud to say that I am not one of those people, who got suckered into thinking that health insurance is the way to go. I am very aware of the many trap doors that eventually trap us into paying out more money to the insurance companies, so that they won't need to cut into their profits, even though a person is already paying their insurance company $100s of dollars a month, so that person wouldn't need to worry about paying a bigger chunk of money for expensive health services, when that person gets sick, but there is more to this than meets the eye. There is a catch, of course, and this catch is known as deductibles.
Many insurance companies have upped their deductibles from $500 to as high as $10,000. Unless you are making a lot of money how can someone afford to pay outrageous deductibles and also pay for their monthly insurance premium?
I know that many people do not eat a healthy diet or exercise properly, and this is why they are constantly needing medical attention, so unless they begin to take charge of their natural health, they will never be able to get out of this money fleecing cycle, when it comes to their health care.
The best way that a person can begin to become more healthier is to not keep buying and eating processed foods. The next thing would be to cut back on beef and pork consumption. The reason that I say this is because there are many chemicals, which include estrogen and hormone injections to plump up the cows and pigs while they are young, so that the meat processing plants can get more bang for their buck. Meanwhile, we are absorbing these chemicals at an alarming rate.
The next thing that you can do to become more healthier would be to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, but the catch here would be to only consume organic or locally grown fruits and vegetables, which won't be full of pesticides.
I am including two videos. The first video is about the risks of eating processed foods.
I am very happy that I changed my diet over 2 years ago. I have so much more energy and I no longer feel tired and run down.
Are you willing to change your diet, so that you won't need to rely on Health insurance plans that exists only to make a profit?
I am also including a link for you to check out, which is sadly the reality of how badly the health insurance companies have affected the way that doctors treat patients, which is against the Hippocratic oath.
