If we are to believe that the government is there to do, what is right for the people, who they are suppose to be representing, then maybe the government should really be on the right side of the people, especially when it comes to providing health care, for the people, which should not favor the health insurance companies. Instead, it should favor the people, who are paying for their health insurance, with their hard earned money.
My question is, "Why are the health insurance companies lobbying so hard, against the public option?"
If the people are offered a fair health care reform bill, which would enable them to have a choice, as to which insurance provider, would best fit their needs, and also be very affordable, then more people, would be able to have health insurance, and therefore, everyone involved eventually wins.
